Glow Recipe Watermelon Sleep Mask Help!

Is anyone out there using the GR Watermelon Sleep Mask? How do you feel after using it? Do you pair it with a toner? It makes my skin so smooth but also dry to the touch (matte) and I don’t feel anything extra (glowing or hydrated) the next day. Am I not using right or is it just not right for me? Anyone else?
