I wouldn't recommend to use them at the same time, unless your skin is okay with tretinoin (you use it for a long time already), then you can try it but I would say start with PHA and then 5% AHA for example, once a week, then more often but I have to admit that not every skin likes Vit A with acids.

I would not recommend you to because using both qt the same time can result to irritation or chemical burn. But if you use them and you notice such skin reactions, just make sure to always wear sunscreen.
