if it's leaving little clumps it's more than likely piling, it could be the sunscreen or it could be any other products you're layering underneath. I always found that a problem when I used to use Neutrogena. My absolute favourite now is Biore, I've never had a problem with it piling and my other products layer wonderfully underneath it! ❤
