This Cosrx serum can be a good starter if you have sensitive skin or are afraid of retinoids since it has retinyl palmitate which is very gentle but not very effective.
I would start with The Ordinary's granactive retinoid emulsion or retinol in squalane if you are ok with oily formulas.
