Make sure you cleanse well, especially after a sweaty day or excercise. Could even benefit from double cleanse when you apply sunscreen. Treat it like your face skin!
I also use a chemical exfoliator a couple of times a week, followed by a gentle non fragranced lotion.
Change your sheets and towels often, hydrate and change sweaty clothes.
Other things to try would be retinoids, vitamin c, benzoyl peroxide.
