this is what I use to calm and remove some mild eczema and contact dermatitis this balm may help you~ btw if you keep feeling itchy try doing an oat bath it will relieve the itchiness for temporary

dermatologist recommended to me avene xeracalm balm or LRP lipikar. I just started using a balm with urea in it- I forget the name- think it’s eucerin or something like that- works great.
but when I get a massive itchy spot that I scratch too much the only thing that stops it is calamine lotion
