Nodular Acne I think?

Picky peeeeeeeps I need help. I finished my period a week ago so I don't think it's because of my hormones. I don't break out like this even on my period. It's usually just 1-3 but now they're still coming. For now it's only one side of my face but I'm worried it might carry over to the other. The pimples are a little painful to the touch and it doesn't have a visible pus, and they appear on or near my old pimple locations. There are no new products that I'm using and I'll list them below for reference. I put pimple patches on the circled pimps. What do I do? I don't exactly have the budget to consult a professional.
