Normal or not?

Hi everyone, Today I feel so down because my face acting up this morning. My face ALWAYS turn on and off every months. I do alert that every months our skin will go thru different phases especially during the period cycles. When the hormon changes it causes my skin to get acne. Do you girls also faced the same situation as mine or am I the only one :( Share your thoughts about this 💭

OMG SAME UGH so I didn't have my period for year's and just started getting it two months ago and my face is breaking out like crazy. It has never been like this. I have really oily skin and blackheads and what not, but never a lot of zits at one time. But now! right before my period starts I break out around my jaw and cheeks and it just stays there even when my cycle stops. ugh it's so effing annoying! lol Sometimes it's itchy. I don't know if there is anything we can really do about it.

Same thing, but in general I see connection between my skin and how my entire body feels and my diet - if I eat better, my skin acts out less. I always keep calamine treatment in my stash just in case I got horrible acne and yup, I'm an esthetician so my skin don't look flawless even if people think that it should because of my profession. Even worse, I'm on my period, my skin is full of blemishes and I'm going today for a job interview

I also experienced this one 😢 I think products with centella and ceramides helps a lot with breakouts because ever since I incorporated those in my routine, my breakouts are not as bad as before. 😬😅

Yes absolutely. I used to think it would only be my teenage years but I still have montly agne in my end 20’s. Not like the teenage years but still I breaknout every moth. Also there are dry and oily skin periods during the month. My skin is always changing.
