Mizon Snail Eye Cream: Does it work for dark circles?

I'm currently using the product above twice a day but I don't see a change. I looked up products for dark circles that work best and found it as one of the top products. I'm thinking of switching products now so I can find the most effective for me. What can you recommend? :))
