oh so i recommend you the clean line from Rovectin. the toner and cream are soothing, calming and hydrating and the ampoule is purifying YET very gentle. i think it's a nice start.
ALSO, i know it's annoying but it quite normal to have beak out with periods. i recommend you to introduce new products after your periods. AND during periods, leave your skin alone (i know it's easier to say than doing it). During periods, focus on soothing and hydrating your skin. and maybe some local treatment on the pimples.👍🏼
