You can use it daily am and pm. It is a rich moisturiser though so depending on season you might find it abit too much.

I’m also using adapalene, and I highly recommend u using this cicaplast balm, it helped me with the side effects that adapalene caused me (dryness, irritation..). I only apply it at night, after applying adapalene gel, and it soothed my skin~~

i have oily/resilient skin like you and i use it as a night cream without any problem👍🏼 it doesn't clog pores or break me out (you can read my review if you want). I don't use it as a day cream tho because it's too heavy especially for the summer. EDIT: I don't know adapalene tho so I can't answer on that.
