So ladies. I remember a wonderful lady . She worked at The Bay . She always said . Always cream the NECK up to ears . It was such an important feed of info. Start young. You won't regret it. Drink lots of water and cream the neck with anything. Never abuse or ignore the neck. I cream my neck constantly. Have a wonderful day .

While this is true, those lines are not from ageing. It’s called tech neck and they appear from looking down on your phone, or doing computer work. I have them from looking down while taking notes 😅 and also from my crazy sleep positions.
