I have acne skin and I was diagnosed with lupus please help?

I was diagnosed with lupus and all my life a have acne comes and gos do I have a chance to get my skin acne free? Please help I tried everything Or my Casa is hopeless ? 🥲 Everyone said please try cerave Products i did’n yet what do u think guys?
