Super dry hand

I need some help :( lately I used alcohol-based hand sanitizer and wash my hands with soap frequently in a day (due to the pandemic and certain activities that require hand hygiene a lot), and now my hands started to become very dry, tight, itchy, and kind of scally. I dont have any history of eczema or skin abnormalities before, but this time it's making me worry :( do you have any suggestion on what to do with it? Thank you so much for your kind answers❤
