Does RF home beauty device does the job?

I’m wanting to get an RF beauty device for under eyes and jowls skin tightening and maintain the vshape of the face. I’m not an aesthetician so I’m worried it might reduce face fats which will cause nasolabial lines which at the moment starting to worry me. This makes me hesitant to get the device. What are your thoughts to address my skin concerns? Is the RF beauty tool worth it? Is there any brand you would suggest?
