Good Toners?

Hey, im new here. Im looking for a good toner that actually gives good effect :\ ive been using simple kind to skin toner and tbh it doesnt even have any effect on me? Like if i use it, my skin is like that. I dont use it, my skin is just the way it is. Im looking for acne care, brightening & pore care toners. Please help!
