acne on neck

Based on my personal experience, Benzoyl peroxide is one of the effective ingredients to tackle cystic acne.I use 10% Benzoyl peroxide as my spot treatment.But I never tried it on neck tho,maybe you can try and see if it help with your acne. I suggest using 5% Benzoyl peroxide spot treatment since 10% is very strong and may irritate your skin if you're not use to Benzoyl peroxide 😅.

You can put ance treatment gel that you usually use. I had it once and it's came and gone like hurricane.
