Best dry shampoo??

I have tried so many different dry shampoos and and none seem to give me the results I want. Powdered ones leave my hair looking like it's covered in powder, and I've only found one foaming dry shampoo that works but that brand is currently being sued for using ingredients that cause hair loss.
