Can we using sleeping mask everyday ?

yes, but it obviously depends on what type of sleeping mask you are using. I'm using hydrating and/or soothing sleeping mask every nights as if they were regular night creams. as long as your sleeping mask isn't something with exfoliants i think you can use it every night.

I think it's okay to wear a sleeping mask every day. sleeping mask is almost like a moisturizer. just adjust it to your skin's needs
