Removing Scratch/Scar on face

I foster many Feral & Agressive cats. Scratches are inevitable and will somtimes get on my face. They aren’t super deep at all. Just light ones. It gets really difficult to do my skincare routine since products irritate the wound and burn. If you have any recommendations on products to help remove the scratches scars please help ya girl out!
