Hello!
I understand how you feel, I had quite a lot of PIH earlier in the year and it definitely also impacted my confidence. But don't get too down on yourself, there's some ingredients that can help, such as vitamin C, Arbutin, niacinamide, tranexamic acid, licorice root and rice bran extract ☺️
