I use skingame acne warrior (Indonesian local brand) very effective for removing acne, the most important thing is that when applied, there is no burning feeling like most acne spot treatments.

Anything with Salicylic Acid on the ingredients list if the pimple is active. And aloe vera to reduce redness

I use tea tree oil if it already developed the white part... if it's just swollen, I use acne spot patches
