Peeling on hands and face

Odd question- my hands and cheeks are peeling, badly. Like it literally looks like the entire top layer of my skin is coming off. I don't use any actives and only have two recent skincare changes (Holifrog cleanser and Laroche Posay cleanser). What do you suggest to help the healing process? I assume this is some sort of dermatitis or skin reaction so I am not worried, but what ingredients or products would you recommend to help heal the peeling?
