Try Benzoyl peroxide spot treatment
It really help with my cyst acne
Do note that Benzoyl peroxide is drying especially if the percentage is higher so always layer moisturizer after applying it.
I suggest to start with lower percentage then work you way up.
I personally been using the 10% one since my cystic acne is really stubborn 😬
