My skin normally only reacts to stress and hormones. Food not so much - unless I go through a massive binge 😂
My husband though always reacts to chocolate, gets a breakout like clockwork.
Generally I think it's important to have a varied balanced diet - then your gut and your face will be much happier 😊

I used to get these painful pimples under the skin that took forever to come to the surface. I stopped fast food for around a month, and my skin improved drastically. No more serious breakouts. Just a pimple or two near my period. So yes for me diet really affects my skin.
