of course, there's nothing bad on usinh them together. You can use 7 skin method, which is layering 7 different type of toner on your skin to achieve a glowing skin. but if you only have 2 toners, you can repeat layer it. Use the green tea first

You can definitely layer toners. As for me, Iām layering exfoliating toner and hydrating toner.š¤š¤š¤
