yes, I do usually get more oily using heavier moisturizers and some sunscreens.. and sometimes over exfoliation cause the skin to produce more oil to protect skin’s moisture barrier. To prevent that be careful with exfoliating products and don’t overdo them, look for products specifically formulated for oily skin, go for gel type moisturizers and oil free sunscreen!

I’d say lessen the number of products you use in the AM, make a base routine, and then shift all the treatments/serums/ampoules, etc to the PM routine.

I also have oily skin and therefore prefer gel-type moisturizers instead of creamier ones.
Also, I used to probably apply too much product which is something that would also make my face oilier. You could try and adjust the amount and see if that helps 😊
