Deep Pimples

I have one pimple that’s deep under the skin. I thought it would pop out eventually but it’s been here for a while. Does anyone know what products work best for acne thats deep under the skin?

I think products with retinol and/or its derivatives will help, I once had a pimple under the skin for quite some time and when I applied toner with retinol derivative, it began to come out to the surface and its pus was quite noticeable until finally it can be a regular pimple

Do you use exfolliants? It helps skin to shed itself so that the pimple below will resurface.

Yeah I do. I guess I just don’t do it that often so that’s probably why it’s not resurfacing. I never thought about this thank you!
