Recently I've become more aware of what makes me happy and this includes finding new hobbies. I keep a gratitude journal. It helps me feel not only thankful but happy and keeps my mind focus on myself instead of what others are doing. It's the small things in life that keep me happy and focused on myself. Keeping a gratitude journal has helped me with my journey of finding happiness as an adult.

Currently, I use a brand that's called Happy Planner. They have a variety of Journals that have nice setups. I purchase them at craft stores or their websites. If you want to get creative you can use any type of notebook and set it up yourself with some topics like three wins for today, a positive message for yourself, and overall what made you happy today.
