Skin 1004 Centella Toner .. when to use?

Hi all, I'm confused as to when I should use the Skin 1004 Madagascar Centella Toning Toner in my routine. I use Tretinoin 6 nights a week. In the morning I use a vitamin C serum every morning then alternate between Azelaic Acid one day and Lactic Acid (3 times a week) the next. I really want to give the Skin 1004 Toning Toner a good chance to see properly what is can do for my skin. What do you recommend? Thank you 😊 x

you can use it during any routine, after your cleanser and before serums. the only “active” in it is niacinamide which pairs well with everything.
