I lift weights for 30 minutes then I run for 30 minutes on a treadmill. Twice a week 😊

Sort of! I have a few videos bookmarked from Madfit, Holly Dolke and FitnessBlender on Youtube. I cycle through them and add a few weighted ab exercises. I tend to do approx 30mins 4-5 days a week, mostly focusing on toning and strength

I cycle for an hour, and when I get home I do a HIIT workout for 30 minutes. other than that i do intermittent fasting.
