it could be that your skin is not used to it yet, i have this product and it took some getting used to. just remember to exfoliate 2-3 times a week and to wait about 15 mins after applying this product to go on with your next step! hope this helpsāŗļø

i use it after cleansing, then wait 15 minutes to go on with my usual routine, serum, moisturizer, etc. but sometimes i use toner after the exfoliator! its up to you!

It could be purging! I had this product and my skin never liked this product. Make sure you do not use it with other acids to minimize the irritation/purging. Iād recommend the Paulaās Choice bha exfoliant if you have access to it in your area.

It could be purging if appears at the same spot and goes away quickly. It is unclogging your skin.
