gel moisturisers tend to be too lightweight.. try something heavier and more occlusive! maybe even try sealing everything in with some vaseline.

You could try a calming serum to reduce the sensitivity and repair the skin barrier. Purito is a more affordable option but if you don't mind spending a little extra you could go for the one from wishtrend, in my experience one of the most moisturising serums. Also instead of using a gel, maybe try the cream since your skin is dry.

You need more rich moisturizer for your skin. I suggest you try this moisturizer because they're so rich but doesn't make skin feel heavy. Also put occlusive to lock all the moisture on your skin will help a lot to prevent water-loss and dryness

sis no hate ! but i just wanted to let you know that Accutane is really bad for your body , i know it helps to cure acne and stuff but it may give long term side effects that dermatologists sometimes dont mention.... My dad is a doctor and he has seen many women who is going to infertility and even babies with birth defect from consuming Accutane , i really hope you know what youre up against!!! There are so many ways to cure acne
