hi, you might want to make sure you're under eyes area (where you put your concealer) moisturized well, as makeup, they look better when applied on well-moisturized skin. try CSM with hydrating toner before applying your makeup. also, if you'd like, you could add serum that contains caffeine in your routine, I heard it could help with dark under eyes.
