highly recommended for this toner because very multifunction, can be hydrating or exfoliating toner (apply it to cotton pad and gently wipe the face and neck until thoroughly clean. the texture is not sticky. this toner for calming breakout also makes my skin smooth and looks glowing 🤍💛🧡🤎✨
