Bacne / Chest acne

Use chemical exfoliation a couple of times a week, moisturise with a gentle lotion without fragrance or other irritants every day, make sure you change your top whenever you sweat and shower after exercise, go for a body wash rather than soap bar. If you think it's hormonal, perhaps you can discuss with your doctor going on a pill? It helped me, but that's just my oqn personal experience.

this body wash helps! Besides this one, I am currently trying out Tiam's body lotion too! so far I am liking it but it is still too soon to see the results since I just recently received it. ☺️

maybe try a spray with salicylic acid, I love this one!

i have bacne too but i just started treating it with aha bha clarifying toner from cosrx, so far its good.
