Let’s talk about collagen.

Would you prefer the powder or capsule ones? Why? And what do you think is the most effective collagen brand for you? Please share your thoughts about this, would be a great help in my skincare journey! Thank you! Also, tried the Belo Collagen. So fare they gave me great results but its expensive for my budget. Would you recommend an alternative that gives same reults?

I'm still beginner on consuming collagen but i would prefer powder or based drink (that you can just drink from the sachet). My favourite is this Nuvit Fairy Glow, it's really affordable for a box that contains 15 sachets
