my skin is ok, but it gets red very easily and sometimes I have some pimples so I thought that maybe I need to “detox”

I wouldn't recommend it for really dry skin types (like mine). Moisturizing is very important for people with really dry skin.

I do this from time to time when I'm busy but never noticed any benefits as my blackheads get out of control without chemical exfoliation.
I'd still suggest you use a gentle cleanser, a moisturiser and/or spf

sometimes I do it, only use 3 skincare products. Cleanser, sheet mask dan SPF.

i've tried it before but only 1 week. i just want to change my skincare regimen with a new one so i thought of neutralizing my face first so I don't breakout 😅
