hey dear I also have acne prone skin, and acne cycle in my live since 2009. But nowdays after I focus on skinbarier, and minimize the acne product, I feel that my skin get healthier. You can check my affiliate link for the progress. My holygrail is skin1004 centella ampoule, jafra white royal boost and mud mask. I also maintain my food, and my bed time which still hard to do. Yet, I can see its become better by the time.

try benzoyl peroxide on the day you have to wear a mask as it kills acne causing bacteria. for current acne I’d rotate a bha and retinol to help speed up the healing time.

Using a benzoyl peroxide product in the morning - like the Cerave cleanser - and a product (or two) with salicylic acid in the evening works wonders! I also love to have a facial mist handy to spritz when I get the chance to remove my mask (like in the car between errands) — it cools things down, which can actually help reduce inflammation so acne you do have doesn’t get as bad! Good luck 💕
