keratosis pilaris

I have keratosis pilaris on my arms and back. Some of my friends recommended me this product. But i feel like its irritating my skin without giving any positive result. Is it okay to keep using it? Could someone please recommend me suitable product for keratosis pilaris??

I have keratosis pilaris on my arms and some on my legs too, I am also looking for products to cure or at least help me manage it. I'm looking forward to the others answers about this.

They are, but personally I do not recommend using this exfoliant. 30% AHA is not the best for everyday use, and as a person with Keratosis pilaris I can tell you it's better to work on that with Salicylic Acid in everyday use. What I can recommend is TIAM or Cerave Body Lotion - they have AHA but is smaller amount, safer for your skin :)
