What’s the weird most interesting product you’ve used that surprisingly has worked for you?

This has aloe (which I'm reactive to) but didn't bother me and it's very hydrating and lightweight for my oily skin

Placenta. Specifically a placenta cream that I bought in Cuba where they have a placenta research center. They use it to treat skin severe issues as lupus. The cream was amazing (the best I have ever tried), it made my skin perfect and coydl cure any rash or sunburn (in my very pale Scandinavian hubby) in matter of minutes.

I was quite surprised with this one as it contains 20% Niacinamide.
