Broken blood 🩸vessel’s

Hi there, I’ve had a broken blood vessel under my eye for as long as I can remember, I had another one which faded naturally but this one seems to be staying for good… My question is, have you had this experience at all? If so, what works for you to help fade the appearance of it?

Normally, if you have weak blood vessels I would recommend using Vitamin C, but since it's on your skin for a while, I would recommend using electrocoagulation treatment - removing dilated capillarities with an use of current or laser treatment - there are many lasers, I would recommend reading reviews about clinics in your area and choose the best possible option, it's not worth to save on such treatments.
