Retinol (beginners)

Hi, I am planning to use retinol, can someone tell me their experience as a beginner for me to avoid mistakes, does it need to apply only on evening or both evening and morning routine? and also, some ways on how should I put like does it need to apply multiple moisture?

Start slowly, once or twice a week in the evening to build up your tolerance. It should be applied on dry skin to avoid excess irritation. Applying a buffer like Vaseline around the corners of eyes, mouth and nose is what I do since those areas can be quite sensitive. You can use the sandwich method, moisturiser > retinol > moisturiser which will act as a buffer. Sunscreen in the AM, always!

Agree to start slowly, you can try 1times a week, than 2times a week, and than 3 times a week. Dont forget when you mix with other ingredients, and always using sunscreen.
