Hello~ I ever asked my friend who is a doctor about this, so it probably can help you. He said its because our lifestyle, like stress, weight, extreme diet, what we eat, and lack of sleep even alcohol. So we better check on what aspect we have to change, like for example: east to get tired, its also hormonal imbalance sign, maybe we should get enough sleep and rest, eat enough. Hope it helps~

I went on a pill years ago and that helped significantly. Now I only struggle when I'm stressed and tired which we know we all need to avoid and/or control but it's part of life!
