Hey! I hope if someone can help me with this problem on my forehead, I have a lot of comedones and I don’t like how they look, I would appreciate all your responses

First of all make sure that they are not because of your hair products or any hat/beanie etc. To get rid of them try AHA like lactic acid or glicolic acid. retinol helps too
