I love gua sha π
I just use any oil I have. It really releases tension in my jaw as I grind my teeth in my sleep so using a gua sha has really helped with that. π
Currently using TO oil π

Guasha its a nice tool to drain fluids and work muscles, but itβs something you can perfectly do with your bare hands as well.
Theres some technics to do it, and several videos you can find on you tube.
