Itchyness at face

hi..i have a problem from i dont know mybe 5-10 years..i have itchiness at my face..its not bad like eczema, redness not so bad and no dryness, just itchy i have tried many things soothing ingredient such allatoin, centella asiatica, niacinamide, licorice and i dont know mybe more for the my life routine i already change sheets once in 2 weeks, try itchyness lotion(3 days not wearing any skincare) still no effect Some people say i have allergic to something but i dont know what that thing is because everytime i change a skincare it still the same itchyness.. I thought i allergic to water in my country but i already tried using filter water but still the same anyone can help me? see the picture for my redness

i already have, the doctor said just use calamine lotion that he gave for 3 days..he said my face its not terrible like people that have eczema so i think he's not take me seriously

How about ceramide? I also suffering from itchiness at the moment. So far ingredients like centella sometimes work for me sometimes not. So I plan to try the product that has ceramide in it you should try too!

Have you tried the cetaphil moisturizing cream in the tub and try putting the aquaphor ointment over the moisturizer.
