thank you so so much for the encouragement! haha you could definitely pick up my panic through my SOS above HAHHA! But also do you know how long the purge lasts? I’m literally on week one too which makes it even more discouraging 😥😥

i used to be on tretinoin cure, but i dont remember whether my skin had breakouts but they did dry tf outta my skin so hydrate it with moisturizer at least. and take pills with food high in fat. GL, u got this :)

try gentle skin repairing products! this one is very gentle and moisturizing, i was purging from exfoliater and this product helps so much!

I had also suffered from that. The best thing is not to touch your face and try to use gentel products and fewer the skincare steps. 💕
