improvement

I had earlier made a post about my issue with dermatillomania, I am happy to announce that although I have my slip ups, which I doubt will ever fully go, I have incredibly improved. I don’t know if it was due to therapy, reducing my use of exfoliants, or using things like pimple patches to cover my ‘impurities’. All I’m saying is I’m in a much better and healthier frame of mind with my skin. And I hope that even if you aren’t right now, you have the strength and resilience to get there because believe me it’s worth it!!! Xx
