Since you’ve been using that percentage for awhile, you can safely move up. This is a few good ones. You can also try tret.

I'm currently using this one from Cos de Baha and I really like the texture as opposed to The Ordinary's one. I went from 0.2% to 2.5% lol. Talk about an upgrade 🤣 It wasn't too irritating though but that's just me

I think this is pretty gentle since you want to increase the percent of retinol from 0.5% to something more higher. this is my recommended.
